Product and document control
- Style number, colorway and revision are correct.
- Final tech pack is issued.
- Sample version and approval purpose are recorded.
- All changes are dated and traceable.
- Front, back and detail sketches match the sample.
Fit and sizing
- Base-size measurements and tolerances are approved.
- Size chart and grade rules are confirmed.
- Key sizes or size set are reviewed where required.
- Fit comments have been closed.
- Measuring method is illustrated.
Fabric and trims
- Fabric article, composition, construction and color are confirmed.
- Stretch, recovery, GSM and relevant performance requirements are defined.
- Lining, mesh, elastic, cups, zippers, drawcords and labels match the BOM.
- Thread type and visible color intent are approved.
- No material substitution is allowed without approval.
Construction and branding
